Committees may have a maximum of three (3) Board members on them and up to two (2) non-Board voting members. The non-Board voting members must be owners at Clublands of Antioch. A Committee can have any number of non-voting helpers/volunteers who can offer feedback and help with projects. All Committees report back to the Board of Directors through their Chairperson. 

Subcommittees follow the same rules of Committees, except their Chairperson reports to the Committee Chairperson and, with their approval, the Board of Directors.
